Public signals. Permission-led contact.
What the system reads
VenuePilot reads public Food Standards Agency establishment information including business name, premises address, business type, local-authority reference and inspection status.
What the system does not assume
A public registration does not give us permission to share personal details or contact a supplier on a venue’s behalf. Automated qualification prepares a page; the venue decides whether to respond.
Information submitted by a venue
Contact and service-selection details are stored in the protected operator console. During the pilot, they are not transmitted to a supplier until a suitable route is verified and the venue receives a further clear approval step.
Commission
VenuePilot may receive a supplier commission after a completed introduction. The provider, nature of the introduction and commercial disclosure will be presented before routing.
Removal and correction
A venue can ask for its pilot page or submitted enquiry to be removed. Contact details will be added here before public invitations are issued.
